The City Clerk's Office is responsible for preparing City Council agendas, recording all City Council meetings, and the preparation and retention of the official City Council minutes, as well as all Committee meeting agendas and minutes.
Public Information Request Policy
Pursuant to City Policy, if you wish to make a Public Information Request, please submit your request via the United States Postal Service (by mail), by courier or dropped off in person at City Hall. Cost per copy is $.39/page.
The use of email is for the convenience of City staff. There may or may not be a reply to electronic communication with the City.
Any official communication with the City shall be in tangible written form and delivered either by United States Mail, courier or personal delivery.
